Totally Kool Dragons

Ognards are "mixed up dragons" who got confused  by Fear and stopped training.  Garb is a Vaporous Ognard, which means he causes confusion.  His trait is arrogance and when he is around,  humans are conceited.  He is afraid of Yook, the Water Dragon, because Yook's tenet is perseverance and that will dissolve the bragging that Garb promotes., because when you are busy there's no time to brag!
