Totally Kool Dragons

Ognards are "mixed up dragons" who got confused  by Fear and stopped training.  Etah is a Flint Ognard, which means he is harsh and painful.  When he is around, humans feel angry and want to harm others.  He is afraid of Kwansu, the Mini Dragon, because Kwansu's tenet is courtesy, and courtesy will dissolve the hate that Etah promotes, because when you are being nice, you can't be hateful.
