The Totally Kool Dragons live in the Dragon Dimension where they train in martial arts. When a student in the Human Dimension gets a Black Belt mentality (shows respect, courtesy, discipline, etc.), they are connected to a Dragon or Power Teen. You do not have to be a black belt to get a dragon attached to you, but you must act like one.
Yes. When a connected human needs help, and they are wearing a special necklace, their Dragon or Power Teen will appear in a reflected surface, like a mirror or water, to help them. Sometimes, if the need is very great, and with special permission, humans can travel to the Dragon Dimension.
The Dragon Lore Book is the ancient book that has all of the Totally Kool Dragons in it, as well as their connected humans, and stories that tell how they became dragons and overcome challenges. This is the book that only the Millennium Master and Athena Raines can open and read to the Raines kids.
